Terms and Conditions:

1. The competition is open to persons aged 18 years or over excluding employees of the Promoter, or anyone professionally involved in the Promotion.

2. The Prize is a copy of the "Oxford Dictionary of Quotations," which the Oxford University Press have agreed to donate, plus a sum of money as specified on the Website www.instanthaven.com.

3. Entry is through the internet only.  Entrants should visit www.instanthaven.com (“the Website”). In order to play, you must first sign in or register by imputing your full details on the website. Incomplete registration will invalidate your entry.  Entrants need to pay the entry fee of £3 (three pounds UK sterling) by credit or debit card. Cleared funds must be received from the entrant otherwise the entry will be invalid.

4. Entrants must then answer all three multiple choice questions correctly to be entered into the prize draw.

5. The competition will remain open until midnight on May 31st 2010.

6. An announcement will be shown on the website when the competition has closed. Entries made after this date and before the next competition is announced on the website will not be refunded or entered into the next competition.

7. The Promoter accepts no liability for any inaccuracy in the aforementioned details that are displayed on the Website.

8. All correct answers will be entered into the prize draw, the winner being picked by a random number generator via the website within 7 working days of the competition closing.

9. The winner will be notified via the email address and phone number provided on registering for the competition within 7 working days of the prize draw. The winner will have 30 days from date of notification to acknowledge their win, otherwise they will forfeit the right to the prize and the prize will be redrawn.

10. Winners will be advised of when they will receive their prize after the steps in clauses 6 and 8 have been completed.  Receipt of the prize may be more than 6 weeks after the closing date.

11. For the name and area of residence of the winner, send a stamped addressed envelope to the Promoter’s address below.

12. By accepting the prize the winner grants the Promoter the reasonable right to use the prize-winner’s name, county or country of residence and personal image for promotional purposes, both immediately after their win and in the future.

13. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, lost, corrupted or mis-sent in transmission for whatever reason. Time of entry is not time of receipt.

14. The Promoter and its associated companies may use your information to contact you in relation to future promotions held by Instant Haven Ltd. but will not sell or rent your information to third parties.

15. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. The winner will be required to show their passport, and/or other valid proof of identity to the Promoter to confirm their identity and age before any prize will be awarded.
